The product was growing fast, and every new release added pressure to the interface. My challenge was to keep the experience coherent while features, markets, and user expectations kept shifting. I approached it as a living system: components that evolve, patterns that stay flexible, and decisions that can be revisited instead of locked too early. That mindset helped me protect consistency without slowing momentum.
