E-Commerce / UX
Project Overview
In this portfolio-highlighted endeavor, I undertook the ambitious challenge of crafting rapid end-to-end prototypes within an accelerated timeframe, utilizing SCRUM ceremonies. The focal point of the project was to develop an e-commerce platform that seamlessly integrated best practices, while also propelling revenue growth and enhancing conversion rates across more than 7 countries, thanks to a simultaneous product launch. An innovative facet of the project involved the creation of parallel landing pages dedicated to renowned shoe brands and sports events, serving as conduits to attract users to the main e-commerce hub.
My Contributions
A critical element of my involvement was establishing an engaging connection with the brand itself. Through meticulous design, I conceptualized and executed a captivating landing page that not only bolstered the brand-user relationship but also instilled a sense of confidence, propelling the initiation of their e-commerce journey.
Building on this foundation, I meticulously incorporated essential features by delving deep into the buyer personas' requirements. This comprehensive understanding laid the groundwork for designing the core purchase flow, accentuated by graphic elements that imbued users with the sensation of navigating an international online store of their favored brand

Moreover, our forward-thinking approach and successful UX methodologies were replicated in another project named "Kicks." By applying the same principles, we expedited product releases for clients, emphasizing efficiency and adherence to user-centered design practices. This initiative further solidified our ability to create impactful products while maintaining a rapid development pace.
My Approach
Incorporating agile SCRUM methodologies, the project seamlessly transitioned from prototypes to tangible wireframes, enriched by valuable insights gleaned from stakeholders' inputs. These wireframes, strategically aligned with the prioritized user needs, materialized into refined high-fidelity mockups, marking the progression from concept to near-reality. This multifaceted approach not only expedited the development process but ensured that the end result met and exceeded the discerning expectations of both users and stakeholders alike.
