Project Overview
I tackled a prominent challenge head-on: crafting an intuitive user sign-up pathway for a credit platform. Leveraging anchor products, I streamlined the sign-up process, cutting user time in half. The objective extended beyond facilitating intended purchases; it aimed to drive additional acquisitions of products and services. Simultaneously, I oversaw the seamless migration from WordPress to Magento, aligning with the company's ethos.
My Contributions
My role was diverse, from leading the Monge team to guiding buyer personas through enlightening design workshops. Presenting low and high-fidelity mockups fostered collaboration, ensuring stakeholder alignment. I steered essential ceremonies for continuous product improvement, while executing WordPress-to-Magento migration, maintaining the brand's values.
In essence, I envisioned and steered the journey from concept to reality. By harmonizing design, user needs, and business goals, I enhanced user experiences, elevating the company's digital footprint.

A crucial project phase involved pinpointing key buyers through collaborative workshops with Bullseye Dynamics. By prioritizing their needs using the Bullseye model, I identified pivotal features that shaped the product's success. Two distinct Buyer Personas emerged: Mae, aged 18-25, sought phones and wellness accessories for her new job, while the Gamer, aged 25-35, desired the latest Playstation, games, and a gaming chair. Leveraging these insights, I integrated essential features. Focusing on the purchase flow, I addressed issues like poor product findability and limited cross-selling. By enhancing these aspects, I improved the user experience, driving engagement and enhancing the product's value proposition.
Buyer Personas
In summary, my role encompassed envisioning, leading, and moderating the journey from concept to realization. By deftly aligning design, user needs, and business objectives, I not only optimized user pathways but also advanced the company's digital ecosystem, elevating its digital presence and customer engagement. As the driving force behind the creation process, I took charge in leading the Monge team, orchestrating their efforts into a harmonious design symphony. A pivotal step involved steering the direction of the buyer personas, shepherding them through illuminating design workshops that clarified their desires and expectations.
Summary
Notably, this successful project was replicated with great success in Guatemala under the name "El Gallo más Gallo." The implementation mirrored the accomplishments achieved, further affirming the project's effectiveness and adaptability.
